From the clean rooms to the accommodating staff, every detail was meticulously attended to. The staff effortlessly accommodated my needs, even anticipating requirements I hadn't yet voiced. They ensured a seamless experience, from room adjustments for my belongings to maintaining a well-kept pool area. the proximity to downtown Kelowna was an added convenience, allowing me to explore with ease. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to detail.
